What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a school-based support role (preferred but not essential)
* Understanding of SEN support strategies, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning needs
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* A patient, empathetic approach with the ability to build positive relationships
* Adaptability to work across different school environments within Bushey
