The service currently focuses on elderly and dementia care, with plans to expand into complex care and supported living. Key Responsibilities: Lead the safe, effective delivery of person-centred domiciliary care services. Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements. Manage, support, and develop a dedicated team, including Care Coordinators, Deputy Managers, and Care Workers. Oversee recruitment, training, staff rotas, and performance management. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
