Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, managing campaigns, and analysing market trends to optimise outreach. Duties :
 * Liaises with other employer to determine the range of goods or services to be sold, contributes to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets
 * Discusses employer's or client's requirements, carries out surveys or other market research and analyses customers' reactions to product, packaging, price, etc
 * Compiles and analyses sales figures, prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities
 * Produces reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management
 * Manages and directs the implementation of marketing strategies for products and services
 * Builds relationships with clients, negotiates new business contracts, plans specifications and prepares details of the requirements for a project
 * Taking ownership of and evaluate marketing campaigns, advertising and optimisation metrics to ensure campaigns are effective
 * Conducting market research, including the creation, sourcing and utilization of key focus groups and questionnaires.
 * Developing relationships with and working alongside creative teams, marketing agencies, suppliers, and contractors to effectively promote sales.
 * Designing & executing social media and online activity, content strategy and implementation.
 * Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
 * Track marketing performance and prepare weekly or monthly.
 * When appropriate, to effectively manage events, presentations,
 * Oversee and manage the marketing budget
Skills:
 * Excellent communication and decision-making skills

 * Familiarity with social media development strategies and online content marketing
