This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient running of all hardware, software, and services related to the Digital Enforcement Solution. You will be a key part of a team responsible for manual monitoring, first-line fault finding and investigations, contributing to the smooth operation of systems. Key Responsibilites: * Provide telephone support, first-line fault finding and investigations * Utilize the InView Fault Management system to record issues and provide updates to affected clients * Generate and analyze system performance reports to proactively identify issues and opportunities for system optimization * Undertake appropriate training for equipment and systems as and when necessary, including formal and on-the-job training * Work closely with the team in an office-based environment (with potential for hybrid working further down the line) What we’re looking for: Essential: * Strong customer resolution experience * Excellent communication skills * An open mind and willingness to learn new technology Desirable: * Experience with fault management * Some SQL script knowledge * Knowledge of IT Hardware * Experience with building and repairing computers * Proficiency in MS Office and remote access tools
