Job Title: Configuration Support Engineer

Salary: £38,000 (dependent on skills and experience)
What you'll be doing:
1. Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders as required ensuring that their requirements are adequately supported and that their needs are fully considered and incorporated where appropriate and agreed
2. Maintain a series of electronic Customer Master Record index (MRI) books using exported SAP reports, Word and Excel data combined into a single deliverable bookmarked Adobe PDF file
3. Become SAP Administrator assistant to cover in times of absence, processing First issue Notes (FINs) and Engineering Request (ERs) on behalf the Configuration department. Provide user support
4. Become SAP ZA Repairs assistant to cover in times of absence. Creating and processing SAP ZAs on behalf the Configuration department. Provide user support
5. Undertaking secretariat duties, organise meeting and construct the Agenda and Minutes for Local Technical Committees (LTC) with the Customer. Progress chasing previous Minutes actions
6. Help provide project guidance regarding configuration standards requirements
