* Managing and supporting a team of accountants
* Reviewing and finalising accounts to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
* Overseeing workflow and managing internal trackers to ensure deadlines are met
* Acting as a senior point of contact for clients and maintaining strong relationships
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Working closely with leadership on technical matters and business improvements
