What You’ll Do: • Cook and prep dishes to spec, maintaining top-quality standards • Keep the kitchen safe, clean, and well organised • Lead and support the kitchen team • Help create new menu items and specials • Manage stock and ordering What We’re Looking For: • Experience in a busy kitchen (1 year preferred) • Strong culinary knowledge and attention to detail • Ability to thrive under pressure • Confident team leader with great communication • Passion for delivering excellent food Why Rykas?
