Warehouse Operations Coordinator
Location: Redditch Salary: £26,000 plus benefits Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Reed is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected international logistics company based in Redditch. We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join a small, collaborative team and support the smooth running of a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately process goods receipts within the system
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently
* Manage customer enquiries and incoming orders
* Generate pick lists and ensure precise data entry
* Coordinate dispatch and arrange transport logistics
* Finalise job files by collecting PODs and required documentation
* Produce and analyse system reports for internal and external use
* Monitor and report on customer KPIs
* Prepare accurate data for month-end invoicing

Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain (UK, EU, or global)
* Comfortable working in high-pressure or time-sensitive environments
* Able to manage urgent requests such as line stoppages or express shipments
Additional Information
* Office-based role at the Redditch site
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (option to buy up to 5 extra days)
