Overview
We have partnered with an international manufacturing business to recruit a Financial Controller for their UK operations. The UK Business turns over in excess of £100m and the role would see you take responsibility for two manufacturing sites in South Yorkshire.
Salary £70,000 - £80,000p/a + Bonus. This is an office based role and you will split your time between both manufacturing plants.
Responsibilities
* Produce the month end accounts through to completion
* Review accounts against plan/ forecast, explaining any variances
* Ownership of the daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting processes
* Sales and margin analysis as required
* Improvement and audit of internal procedures
* Ownership of financial transactions, forecasts and plans
* Present data to management as and when required
* Key contact point and responsibility for internal and external audits
* Cost accounting
* Management of inventory
* Review of production variances
To be considered you will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a number of years of experience in a similar position in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
