Adecco Worcester are recruiting a Commercial Sales Co‑Ordinator to play a key internal role in supporting UK and international sales activity. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position where you'll manage customer accounts, coordinate deliveries, and act as the link between sales, logistics, and internal teams.
Key tasks
* Manage a portfolio of smaller UK customer accounts, handling quotations and day‑to‑day enquiries
* Support UK and international sales teams with pricing, availability, lead times, and order updates
* Coordinate UK and international freight movements, ensuring On‑Time In‑Full delivery
* Liaise with couriers and freight partners and resolve delivery issues
* Proactively communicate shipment updates and act as an escalation point when needed
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and cost control
What we're looking for
* Experience in customer account management or sales coordination
* Strong organisation, communication, and prioritisation skills
* Commercial awareness and confidence working with pricing structures
* Calm, solution‑focused approach in a fast‑moving environment
* Knowledge of international shipping, customs, or post‑Brexit processes (however full training can be provided if not)
* Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics‑led environments
