Red Recruit Global is partnering with an award‑winning removals and storage firm. We are seeking a dynamic Move Manager to serve customers from our Leeds branch. The role is ideal for someone with a strong customer‑services background.

Salary: £25,000

What You’ll Do
As Move Manager, you will coordinate the smooth shipment of clients’ goods, ensure agreements are met, and maintain high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities:
* Manage complete door‑to‑door services.
* Provide exceptional customer service in line with KPIs and contractual requirements.
* Liaise with agent networks, service suppliers, and internal departments for operational needs.
* Maximise sales opportunities and upsell products and services.
* Maintain accurate documentation to company and legal standards.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships within the team.
What You Need
Proactive customer‑services professionals who are organised and results‑driven are sought.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive and optimistic attitude.
* Strong telephone manner and customer‑service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Adaptable to varied tasks and a strong team player.
* Well‑presented, reliable and punctual.
* Industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
