We're a growing catering business based in the UK, specialising in beautifully crafted canapés for weddings, corporate or private events. Our focus is on quality, presentation, and exceptional experiences -and now we're looking for someone who can help us expand our services to more clients.
2. Role Overview
You'll be responsible for generating new event leads and converting them into confirmed bookings. This is a commission-only role, perfect for someone confident in sales who wants flexible working and unlimited earning potential.
Please note this is a self-employed position, so you'll be responsible for managing your own tax and contributions.
3. Key Responsibilities
-Identify and approach potential clients (wedding venues, event planners, corporate offices, private hosts).
-Promote our canapé catering services using brochures, sample menus, and tasting events.
-Build relationships with decision-makers and secure bookings.
-Provide regular updates on leads and sales progress.
4. What We're Looking For
-Proven sales or business development experience (preferably within the hospitality or events industry).
-Location Preference: We are based in Coventry, UK, and ideally seeking someone located in or near the West Midlands, Leicestershire, or Warwickshire areas. Local knowledge and proximity are a plus, as they allow for smoother collaboration and a better understanding of our regional market.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills: clear, persuasive, and professional.

-Familiar with seasonal demand, client expectations, and industry challenges.
5. Commission & Bonus Structure
-We offer a generous, performance-based reward system to reflect the value you bring:
15% commission for securing new clients who provide ongoing or repeat business, such as forming long-term partnerships.
10% commission for one-off bookings from end users, like private parties or single events.
£100 bonus for successfully bringing in 5 events within a single calendar month, regardless of the type.
