Role Description
Desired qualifications & experience
Proven experience of business development & account management with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Competency with recruitment specific CRM software, accuracy & attention to detail.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent time management organisational & customer service skills
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Specific previous temp industrial experience a distinct advantage.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within the recruitment industry
