Record to Report Manager
This role is a key leadership position that oversees the management of financial data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in account production. As a Record to Report Manager, you will lead a team responsible for producing high-quality financial reports, driving process improvements, and providing exceptional service to stakeholders.
About the Role:
* Lead a team of Accountants in managing and providing effective accounting, consolidation, closing, intercompany, reporting, and other related services.
* Develop standardized processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in finance operations.
* Maintain on-ground adherence to SLAs and KPIs, assisting in key meetings, reviews, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and provide effective accounting, consolidation, closing, intercompany, reporting, and other related services.
2. Develop and implement process improvements, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, adhering to relevant accounting standards and GAAP requirements.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of financial systems and finance processes.
* Understanding of best practices and metrics for RTR.
* Previous experience in working with Finance ERP systems, specifically with S/4 HANA preferred.
* Professional Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
* Expert knowledge of UK adopted International Accounting Standards and relevant UK GAAP requirements.

You are an experienced finance professional with a strong track record in RTR operations, possessing excellent leadership skills and a collaborative work environment. You possess a deep understanding of financial systems and processes, with expertise in UK adopted International Accounting Standards and relevant UK GAAP requirements.
