The role involves managing customer relationships and overseeing the full order process from initial enquiry through to delivery. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via email and internal systems Manage end-to-end order processing, including amendments, rescheduling, returns, and repairs Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on order status Liaise with internal departments such as Production and Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery Monitor and update order schedules, escalating any issues where necessary Maintain accurate records across systems (pricing, quotations, customer data, BOMs, and drawings) Prepare and update customer quotations and support RFQs Raise credit and debit notes where required Review and manage the customer order book, ensuring all changes are communicated effectively Support stock takes, audits, and sales forecasting activities Attend production meetings and contribute to operational planning Identify potential issues and propose solutions to improve customer satisfaction and efficiencySkills & Experience Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role Strong o...
