Waiter to join our supervisory team in the Clunie Dining Room.

About the Role
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager
and the wider team, you’ll play a key role across our Breakfast, Afternoon Tea,
and Dinner services.
As Head Waiter, you will:
* Support restaurant management in
delivering exceptional service in the Dining Room and Drawing Room
* Be fully conversant with departmental
operations and systems
* Contribute to continuous improvement by
suggesting ways to enhance our products and guest experience
* Ensure all guests receive attentive,
courteous, and professional service in line with SOPs
* Help uphold all in‑house policies,
procedures, and legislation
* Assist with daily maintenance checks and
departmental checklists
* Work with the management team to meet
weekly and monthly cover and revenue targets, actively seeking
opportunities to increase profit and guest numbers

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
* Proven experience in a similar
hospitality environment (experience with LQA/Forbes is an advantage)
* A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a
willingness to learn
* Excellent communication skills and
natural leadership qualities
* Working knowledge of Health & Safety
and COSHH
* A commitment to delivering high standards
within a luxury setting
