Join us at the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) as a Lead Product Manager for Data Products where you will be responsible for a product portfolio, and the delivery of product quality and value. They work with teams to identify, implement and improve strategies and tactics for their data products. They are a member of the management team for their product area and provide product leadership and direction across multiple teams.
As Lead Product Manager, you will be part of the central Product Management Community of Practice in MaPS and will also be responsible for understanding and meeting the criteria set out in the Government Digital Service Standards.
The Lead Product Manager for data products reports to the Head of Data and Analytics. The role is aligned to the Government Digital and Data Profession Capability Framework.

1. Learning and Development: Develop and implement a 'Data Product Playbook’ to support MaPS Data Professionals in adopting a product approach to dashboard development.
