Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 15 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: Friday and Saturday, 14:00 - 22:00

We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. What You’ll Do
* Lead the store team, coaching and supervising Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while delivering great customer service
* Perform a wide range of tasks around the store such as re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages
* Provide friendly, welcoming service and manage challenging situations
* Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training
* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational
* Maintain stock accuracy and support diligence checks to ensure a great shopping experience
* Lead change by introducing new products and services and encouraging feedback
* Build relationships and participate in the local community as part of the Co-op community plan
