Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead and develop key retail accounts across multiple routes to market, with full ownership of revenue growth, profitability, and customer strategy.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary commercial lead for key retail accounts, building strong and positive partnerships with customers.
* Negotiate and manage pricing with the customer, maximizing sales and profitability for the business while providing the customer with the best possible price.
* Develop and execute joint business plans with customers, identifying opportunities to expand distribution, product range, and category presence.
* Lead customer meetings and sales presentations, using insights to unlock new opportunities and drive commercial outcomes.
* Define and implement pricing and promotional strategies that balance competitiveness with margin optimisation.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer performance to identify risks and opportunities within the retail landscape.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales plans, forecasting, and operational delivery.
* Provide clear and insightful reporting to senior leadership, including budgets, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
* Drive new business development and expansion of key accounts, contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.
