This internship is a rare opportunity to work directly with firm leadership across four distinct verticals, gaining hands-on exposure to business development strategy, client engagement, and data-driven decision-making - all in one summer.

What You’ll Do
* Support business development efforts across active client engagements and new market pursuits
* Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis across AEJ’s four verticals
* Build and maintain CRM pipelines, prospect lists, and outreach cadences
* Assist in preparing pitch materials, proposals, and client-facing presentations
* Develop data models and dashboards to track sales metrics and market trends
* Participate in client calls, partner meetings, and industry conversations
* Identify partnership, channel, and growth opportunities across target industries
What We’re Looking For
* Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, finance, engineering, public policy, or a related field
* Strong analytical foundation - comfortable with Excel, data visualisation tools, or basic Python/SQL
* Excellent written and verbal communication; can distill complexity into clear narratives
* Intellectually curious with genuine interest in at least one of AEJ’s core sectors
* Self-starter who thrives with ownership and ambiguity in a lean environment
* Prior internship, research, or project experience in a relevant domain is a plus -not a requirement
