The Role
The successful candidate will:
* Lead the Physics provision across Key Stages 3 to 5
* Drive high standards of teaching, learning and academic achievement
* Develop a rigorous and engaging curriculum
* Support and mentor colleagues within the department
* Contribute to the wider leadership of the Science faculty

The Ideal Candidate
* A qualified teacher (QTS) with a strong academic background in Physics or a related discipline
* Proven experience of delivering excellent outcomes at GCSE and A Level
* Leadership experience or clear readiness to step into a leadership role
* A passion for Physics and the ability to inspire high levels of student engagement
* Strong organisational and communication skills
