What you’ll be doing:
* Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth
* Owning divisional financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and full compliance
* Driving commercial performance through insightful analysis and cashflow optimisation
* Identifying and leading cost-efficiency initiatives and value creation opportunities
* Supporting operational leaders with data-led decisions and financial guidance
* Building, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing finance team
What we’re looking for:
* A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong post-qual experience
* Proven track record in financial leadership, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)
* A commercially-minded finance leader with the confidence to challenge, influence and lead
* Strategic thinking combined with operational execution, someone who sees the big picture but isn’t afraid to get stuck in
