Youll work on strategic payment solutions that power transactions for a large portion of the UK high street, helping businesses accept payments seamlessly and grow About the role: As a Business Analyst, youll be instrumental in translating business needs into practical technology solutions. Youll work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and senior management to define requirements, support design, and drive delivery across projects and programmes. Youll be responsible for: Gathering and documenting requirements for projects or workstreams Supporting design and delivery with pragmatic, innovative recommendations Estimating delivery timelines and aligning with roadmap objectives Ensuring governance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle Working closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs Communicating clearly across technical and non-technical teams What Youll Bring: Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into recommendations Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies Experience working in large, fast-paced environments Exposure to Jira Understanding of APIs and cloud-based applications (API integration experience is a strong advantage) Knowledge of lifecycle management Desirable Skills: SQL knowledge Understanding of financial regulations and an interest in banking Payments technology and industry knowledge B enefits: Pension scheme Private medical cover Annual bonus Hybrid working flexibility OK I'm in what's next?
