Day-to-day : Manage your own caseload consisting of a wide range of matters, including but not limited to sales, mergers and acquisitions; contract law; corporate finance and business investment support; restructuring and share structures; IP; private equity and succession planning Learning environment : Be mentored by experienced solicitors who will take the time to answer your questions and help you to progress Progression : Here, you will gain exposure to increasingly complex work and be encouraged to develop your career further.
