At Lloyds Banking Group, we’re advancing our digital transformation. Within the Chief Security Office (CSO), the Security Data Services lab offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager for AI Security to lead efforts in securing AI systems and applications.
This role involves building and defining strategies in three key areas: safe adoption, understanding attacker use, and leveraging AI to address security challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies and cybersecurity, with proven leadership in teams and projects in this domain.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and mentor the AI security team.
* Develop security strategies for AI systems, including risk assessments and threat modeling.
* Create strategies to ensure AI system resilience against threats.
* Utilize AI to improve security measures such as threat detection and incident response.
* Collaborate with AI development teams to embed security best practices.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to AI security.
* Implement assessment approaches for AI security, including adversarial testing.
* Stay updated on AI security advancements and emerging threats.
* Maintain relationships with external partners to enhance AI security.

What You’ll Need
* Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
* Experience in cybersecurity focusing on AI vulnerabilities.
* Deep knowledge of AI technologies like machine learning and neural networks.
* Understanding of cybersecurity principles and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR.
* Experience in risk assessments, threat modeling, and security audits.
* Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
It would be great if you also had
* Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar.
