Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop teaching resources, schemes of work, and lesson plans tailored to students’ needs.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages participation and learning.
* Support extra-curricular business activities, including clubs, competitions, and events.
* Contribute to reporting, assessment, and preparation for examinations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and support departmental initiatives.
* Uphold the school’s safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour policies.
Skills and Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in business, economics, or a related subject.
* Strong subject knowledge across business studies curriculum areas.
* Excellent classroom management, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge students of varying abilities.
* Experience in assessment, curriculum planning, and tracking student progress.
