Based in Londons Hatton Garden, we specialise in natural and lab-grown diamonds, fine jewellery, and loose stones providing our trade partners with high-quality products.Role Overview</p><p>We are seeking a proactive and creative Entry-level Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketer looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media and brand marketing.</p><p>The Marketing Assistant will provide support across multiple marketing channels, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently while contributing to the growth of our company.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Digital Marketing & Campaign Support</h3><ul><li>Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms.</li><li>Maintain and update the social media content calendar.</li><li>Support the creation of marketing visuals and promotional content.</li><li>Assist with the preparation and distribution of newsletters.</li><li>Assist in coordinating photoshoots and video shoots.</li><li>Assist with blog uploads and content formatting.</li><li>Assist with maintaining product catalogues.</li><li>Ensure product imagery and information are accurate and up to date.</li><li>Support product launches and promotional campaigns.</li></ul><h3>Market Research & Reporting</h3><ul><li>Research jewellery industry trends, competitor activity and gather market insights.</li><li>Support monthly marketing reporting and performance analysis.</li></ul><h3>Administrative & Operational Support</h3><ul><li>Liaise with external suppliers where required.</li><li>Organise marketing assets and maintain the jewellery media library.</li><li>Maintain marketing files, assets, and documentation.</li><li>Support ad hoc and business initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Skills & Experience</h3><h3>What we are looking for:</h3><ul><li>Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.</li><li>0-1 Year of marketing experience in-house or agency.</li><li>Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.</li><li>Basic understanding of email marketing platforms.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Exposure to all aspects of marketing, from digital campaigns to events and brand development.</li><li>Career development and mentoring opportunities.</li><li>Hands-on experience within a growing business environment.</li><li>Early Friday finish.</li><li>End of year company celebration.</li></ul><p>All applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK.
