Job Description
We are looking for L1 Service Desk Analysts to join our team in Chester, UK. The ideal candidates will have strong IT support skills and be fluent in the required languages.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing tools.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Log incidents, track progress, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
Deliver excellent customer service in a multilingual environment.
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of IT Service Desk / Technical Support experience.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office tools, and basic networking.
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA).
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
French (fluent)
Spanish + Italian (fluent in both)
