Teaching Assistant 6 months experience working in a Secondary school Full Time Glastonbury 8:30am - 3:30pm We are recruiting for a number of different teaching assistant roles in and around Glastonbury. We are offering a full time role, the working hours would be 8:30am - 3:30pm. This is a fantastic opportunity if you have experience working with children and have experience working in a secondary schools. We offer a competitive rate of £90- £105 per day depending on experience. What the client is looking for As a teaching assistant you need to be adaptable, personable and have a hands on approach. You need to demonstrate that you have a caring and empathetic nature. Within the role you will: Making sure all resources the children may need are available Supporting learning in the classroom, 1:1 and small groups Ensuring the students uphold the school behaviour policies and values Aiding the children with pastoral care Being proactive with helping students but also the class teacher Working with Long-term Teachers We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
