***EXPORT SALES MANAGER***
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Manager with an Instrumentation background to join our clients who are committed to delivering high-quality engineering products and services to their global clientele. Sales experience in field instruments within major industrial sectors is essential as you will play a pivotal role in driving international sales efforts and expanding the company market presence.
This role will suit a seasoned Export Sales Manager with an instrumentation background along with a thorough understanding of process (Oil, Gas, Power, Renewable, Petrochemical, General industry) applications.
Salary £55K + benefits
Key responsibilities for the Export Sales Manager include,
* Identify new potential customers and markets
* Supply of market intelligence about projects in or for the export business
* Develop relationships with end clients and key project companies
* Manage the campaign to work with the OEM's
* Co-ordinate the preparation of technical pre-qualification information
* Ensure the successful execution of export sales strategies
* Manage and mentor other external Sales engineers & international sales team
The ideal Export Sales Manager will need,
* Be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience
* Have sales experience in field instruments within major industrial sectors
* Flexibility to travel internationally when required
* Proven experience in engineering related export sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Results-driven and goal-oriented
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
