They are seeking a bright, proactive individual with a solid base of HR experience looking to take the next step in their HR career, joining them as a senior HR assistant.
You will be working with a talented, collaborative and intelligent team of colleagues, assisting with a wide range of generalist HR projects for a variety of clients. Duties will include
* assisting with recruitment processes; including placing adverts, collating CVs and organising interviews
* Updating and carrying out new starter and induction processes
* maintaining HR records and managing databases
* liaising with clients at all levels
* assisting with the payroll and benefits process
* acting as first point of contact for all HR related queries
