Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Concierge to work in a brand-new development based in Eccles.
You will be the first point of contact for many customers and will play an important role in providing a warm and cheerful welcome for all visitors. You will work as part of a small team providing the very best service and support to the residents.
Duties include:
1. Regular walk-rounds, to inspect and maintain the building to the highest standards
2. Take an active role in the event of an emergency, following procedures and contacting the relevant emergency services and escalating the issue to the Buildings Manager
3. Assist in the security of the buildings entrance procedures
4. Covering reception and giving keys to residents
Working in a team of 3 you will cover 12 hours a day over 7days a week between you, so you must be prepared to be flexible. This is a full-time role contracted for 37.5 hours a week.
If you hold a SIA licence or have experience of working with CCTVs this would be an advantage.
Salary offered: £25,000
