What Were Looking For
5+ years experience in a senior operations or leadership role. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. Strong people management and communication skills. Excellent organisational and problem:solving abilities. Experience managing operational performance and business improvement initiatives. Hands:on, proactive approach with a focus on results.
