This growing defence tech business is helping shape the future of national security, and this role sits right at the heart of it. As a Supply Chain Lead, you’ll be central to ensuring the delivery of mission-critical systems through a strong and sustainable supplier base.
Role Overview:
* Location: London
* Package: Competitive salary + bonus + every other Friday off

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting supplier selection and strategy for key defence programmes
* Leading tenders, negotiations, and contract agreements with 3rd party vendors
* Managing supplier performance, availability, and pricing to meet delivery targets
* Handling obsolescence risks and escalating any issues impacting project schedules
* Driving continuous improvement in supplier operations and procurement processes
* Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure supplier alignment with programme goals
Main Skills Needed:
* Strong supply chain or subcontract management experience in complex environments
* Skilled in contract law, negotiation, and supplier relationship management
* Familiarity with defence, aerospace, or engineering-led projects
* Ability to balance cost, quality, and delivery in supplier decision-making
* Confident working across teams and influencing commercial outcomes
* Eligible for (or currently hold) UK SC security clearance
