Description
Lead the development and implementation of equality impact assessments across the organisation.
Ensure compliance with relevant equality legislation and regulations.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate equality considerations into organisational policies and procedures.
Provide training and guidance to teams on equality and diversity matters.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of equality initiatives.
Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions to address gaps in equality practices.
Support the Human Resources department with strategic equality-related objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in equality and inclusion within the leisure, travel & tourism industry.Profile
A successful Equality Impact Assessment Manager should have:
A strong understanding of equality legislation and its application in the workplace.
Experience in conducting and managing equality impact assessments.
Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Excellent organisational and analytical skills to assess and improve policies.
Knowledge of the leisure, travel & tourism industry is advantageous.

Competitive daily rate between £270 and £370 dependant on experience.
