The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and MRICS-qualified General Practice Surveyor to join our dynamic Professional team of Registered Valuers and Lease Advisory experts. This role offers a mix of lease advisory and valuation work across a variety of commercial asset classes, with excellent support from in-house agency teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver professional instructions including rent reviews, lease renewals, and Red Book valuations.
* Undertake valuations and development appraisals for loan security, acquisition, and financial reporting purposes.
* Prepare high-quality reports and provide technical advice to clients across a range of commercial property sectors.
* Build and maintain relationships with a broad portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
* Collaborate with internal agency teams to support and strengthen lease advisory and valuation activities.
* Take an active role in business development, identifying new opportunities to grow the service line.
* Work independently and as part of a team, managing your own caseload and contributing to wider team success.
Candidate Requirements
* MRICS qualified with a degree from a RICS-accredited programme.
* Registered Valuer (preferred).
* Experience in Lease Advisory and/or Valuation services (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Organised, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
* Commercially aware with a professional and client-focused approach.
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
