What are we looking for?
We are looking for a strong individual with previous hospitality experience perhaps looking for their next step in a managerial role.
We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic is 'hands on' and a natural leader to motivate your team.
You will need to be:
* Flexible - able to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.
* Manage, train and develop younger members of the team, have a good understanding of operational standards
* Run shifts from the front, be a real team player and input and implement new ideas
* Be able to work on the floor and on the bar
* Be responsible for securing the premises and closing the tills down on occasions
Building a great rapport with your guests and diners we need an individual with a great personality, a supervisor with a positive attitude and someone who is happy to meet and manage guest expectations.
