We are representing a premium aesthetic technology equipment distributor based in Slough. They supply high:end, cutting:edge devices to clinics and businesses across the UK. We are looking for a highly organised, hands:on Operations Coordinator to join the team.

What youll be doing:

Engineer Scheduling: Coordinating and booking site visits for a team of 3 specialist engineers, managing diaries, and ensuring efficient route planning.
* Logistics Coordination: Managing the movement, delivery, and tracking of high:value equipment and demonstration units for the sales team.
* Stock Management: Hands:on work in the workshop when required, ensuring new deliveries of equipment are checked, stored and distributed efficiently

Customer Support: Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, updating them on engineer ETAs, and resolving service:related issues.

Problem Solving: Reacting quickly when plans change.
What we are looking for:

Proven Experience: A solid background in operations coordination, service coordination, hire desk control, or logistics. Experience dealing with field:based engineers, technicians, or drivers would be highly desirable.

Calm Under Pressure: A role like this requires you to be adaptable and make decisions effectively, even whilst under pressure.

Top:Tier Communication: An excellent telephone manner and the ability to manage customer expectations professionally.
*
Tech Savvy: Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal scheduling/operational software.
