The Vacancy ?? Senior Project Worker H10 Enterprise Court - Supported Living Mental Health & Addiction Services Salary: £31,863.77 - £35,016.00 (Permanent, Full-Time) The Role - Senior Project Worker (Supported Living) This is a senior practitioner role within a regulated supported living service at H10 Enterprise Court. The Senior Project Worker assists the Manager and Deputy Manager in the effective and efficient management of the service, ensuring statutory and regulatory requirements are implemented, resources are managed responsibly and high-quality recovery-focused care is delivered ?. This role combines direct practice, leadership in care delivery and delegated management responsibility. You will: Develop and maintain professional, trusting relationships with service users, delivering support within a social inclusion and recovery framework Support the development, implementation and monitoring of individual support plans Adhere to safe handling, administration, storage and control of medication procedures (subject to training and competency) Support staff rotas, allocation of duties and key worker responsibilities Maintain accurate documentation, incident reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements Deputise in the absence of the Manager and Deputy Manager as required Supervise, guide and mentor Project Staff and implement performance management systems for those you line manage Contribute to quality, governance and continuous improvement within the service This is a role for a confident, reflective practitioner who can balance compassionate, person-centred support with professional accountability in a regulated environment. Essential Requirements Qualifications & Experience Applicants must meet one of the following: A recognised professional qualification (e.g. Social Work, Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapy) with appropriate registration and A minimum of 2 years' experience in a health and social care setting OR QCF/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a related subject and A minimum of 4 years' experience in a social care setting All applicants must also demonstrate: Experience liaising with statutory and voluntary agencies Understanding of managing monies Proven experience of motivating service users Circumstances Flexibility to work on a rota/shift basis including early, late, weekends, night cover and sleeping or awake shifts as required A full current driving licence and access to a car (business insurance required). Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals for applicants with a disability Regulation & Professional Standards This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Access NI check The post holder must either be registered with the appropriate registration body, or apply for registration, with NISCC upon appointment The service is regulated by RQIA, and the successful candidate will be expected to maintain the highest standards of governance, accountability and professional conduct.
