Whatever your skills and experience, we’ll help you to thrive in our inclusive culture.**About the role** This role is site based at Diageo’s east Belfast packaging facility is a 12-acre site running a 24/7 operation and is supplied with beer from St James Gate brought to the site in bulk tankers, which each hold up to 30,000 litres of beer. The site packages over 20 brands, including Guinness Draught, Extra Stout and Foreign Extra Stout, Harp, Hop House 13, Smithwick’s and Rockshore. As an Operator at Marshalls Road, you’ll be responsible for the quality control of the line, operating packaging machineprocesses whilst following standard operating procedures for machine operation and set up timereduction as well as preparing the line for shift handovers. In addition, you will perform autonomousmaintenance tasks including clean, inspect and lubricate and respond to issues.Can work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive insituations where you can solve problems.Holds strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to communicate with all levelsacross the site. eager to grow into a leadership role in the future.Experience working in a production environment would be beneficial but not a must-have for this role.
