We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Technical Manager to join our team in London. The ideal candidate must hold a Doctorate (PhD) in Health Education and have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the health, beauty, or medical aesthetics field—either locally or internationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and evaluate all clinical and operational procedures to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
* Provide strategic and technical guidance directly to the Director to support business decisions and innovation.
* Monitor and audit the implementation of advanced aesthetic practices and health-related services.
* Advise on staff development and training to maintain high industry standards.
* Support continuous improvement by assessing equipment, procedures, and technologies.
* Ensure best practices in hygiene, customer care, and patient outcomes.
Requirements
* Doctorate in Health Education (mandatory)
* Minimum 20 years of industry experience (local or international)
* Proven leadership and advisory experience within a medical, beauty, or wellness environment
* Deep understanding of health regulations, aesthetic treatments, and technical standards
* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
