Manage project documentation across a major construction programme. This is a full-time, Site-based role You’ll be responsible for overseeing document control processes, ensuring compliance, and acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain project documentation using Aconex * Set up workflows, templates, and permissions within the platform * Ensure version control, metadata accuracy, and document integrity * Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors – client-facing experience is essential * Maintain document registers, trackers, and audit trails * Provide training and support to project teams on Aconex usage * Ensure compliance with project protocols and industry standards Requirements * Minimum 4 years’ experience in the construction industry * Proven experience working on large-scale projects * Strong understanding of document control processes within a main contractor environment * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
