What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing first-line support across Oracle Cloud PLM, Product Development, and Product Data Hub.
* Configuring, testing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion product lifecycle components.
* Handling API integrations, data migrations, and post-production (hypercare) support.
* Producing and troubleshooting custom reports using Oracle tools.
* Performing root cause analysis on recurring system issues.
* Managing incidents, tracking configuration updates, and validating quarterly patches.
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Main Skills Needed:
* 5+ years’ experience with Oracle Cloud PLM (PD/PDH).
* Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management processes.
* Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion configurations and customizations.
* Skilled in API integration testing and data migration.
* Experience building and maintaining custom reports.
* Confident troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
