About Our Client

The employer is a well-established company within the business services sector, specialising in delivering solutions to support construction projects. They are a medium-sized organisation with a strong reputation for professionalism and quality in their field.

Job Description

3. Provide technical and commercial administrative support across multiple projects
4. Assist with contract management, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions
5. Collate and support the preparation of tender submissions
6. Coordinate project information between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
7. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the wider team
8. Monitor project budgets and track commercial performance
9. Preparation and submission of Applications for Payment in line with contractual deadlines
10. Support the management of subcontractor accounts, including variations and final accounts

The Successful Applicant

11. Experience in a commercial, quantity surveying, project coordination, or technical administrative role
12. Understanding of contract management and commercial processes within construction or M&E (desirable)
13. Previous experience within electrical or M&E contracting would be beneficial but is not essential
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
15. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
16. Good communication and interpersonal skills
17. Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also supporting the wider team
18. Full UK driving licence
