Role Responsibility
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and committed Administration Officer to join the Childrens Commissioning team, which is part of KCCs Children, Young People and Education directorate. You will be part of a dedicated Commissioning team with an established portfolio of work, led and managed by a Senior Commissioner, as well as providing cross-team administrative support under the supervision of a Commissioning Assistant.
Role Responsibility
The successful candidate will be:
1. Highly organised, flexible and able to prioritise work to meet the needs of their team(s)
2. Skilled and knowledgeable about computer systems, and/or demonstrably able to learn new systems quickly, including the core Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
3. Able to take accurate, high quality minutes during meetings, both in person and online
4. A good and proactive team player, willing to challenge and be challenged.
