What you'll be doing:
Seeking an experienced Planning & Reporting Controller to join our finance leadership team, reporting directly to the CFO for Ireland/Nordics and Finance Director for IWE UK. This strategic role leads finance systems, reporting, and analytics across Ireland, Nordics, and Industrial Water and Energy businesses.
You will drive strategic planning, coordinate budgeting, serve as a finance partner to Business Development and Technical Direction teams, and manage comprehensive management accounting, performance monitoring, and business case development.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with financial systems such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, and Salesforce, along with strong commercial acumen. You will lead business line reporting initiatives, collaborate with transformation and analytics teams, and influence decision-making at senior levels.
Some travel for meetings and reviews will be required.
What we're looking for:
* Experience of Business Partnering at a senior level (up to CEO) and broad finance experience
* Reporting and Systems experience, especially in developing system solutions
* Confidence to challenge discrepancies and deviations from policy
* Post-qualified experience - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or qualified by experience
* Excellent communication skills up to board level
* Proven track record of implementing improvement projects
