Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ipswich for a South Indian Chef. The South Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from our menu, ensuring authenticity in flavors and quality. Key tasks include managing kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene standards, training junior staff, and innovating new recipes. The role requires adherence to food safety regulations and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in preparing, cooking, and presenting traditional Kerala dishes.
* Experience in managing kitchen operations and maintaining hygiene standards.
* Ability to train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
* Understanding of food safety regulations and protocols.
* Creative in innovating new recipes while maintaining authenticity.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
