EF (Education First)Oxford International Language Campusis looking for friendly, empathetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Accommodation Coordinator.
- Full-time, hourly paid, flexible hours
- 5 days a week
By building strong relationships with hosts and students, you’ll help create a positive, enriching homestay experience. Coordinating placements and resolving queries, you’ll be central to delivering excellent care and customer service.

Responsibilities
* Processes & maintains homestay accommodation records using EF’s own accommodation database
* Recruits, markets, evaluates & selects suitable homestay accommodation
* Implements plans to optimize host family retention
* Deals with general daily student enquiries, logging all student communication on students’ records.
* Follows up on accommodation issues raised in student evaluations
* Ensures concerns are escalated to managers/sales offices where appropriate
Assists students and sales offices with accommodation requests/changes and ensuring the in-house booking system is up to date.
Requirements
* Previous experience in tele-sales and/or face-to-face customer service experience
* Experience in a language-learning environment (desired)
* Organised with a high level of attention to detail
* Capable of using your own initiative
* Complete fluency in English
* All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
* Right to work in the UK upon commencement of your contract
