Overview
Protocol Education is recruiting a trainee teaching assistant passionate about building positive relationships with children and supporting them to achieve their best.
Working days: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities
* Positive and self‑motivated.
* Calm and reassuring nature.
* Collaborates with teaching and support staff.
* Willingness to learn and adapt work style.
* Ensures pupils integrate fully into activities and progress.
* Develops knowledge of pupil’s needs and seeks advice from SENCo, class teacher and outside agencies.
* Provides positive reinforcement, works as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience
No formal qualifications required; a passion and dedication to making a difference in children’s lives is essential.
Experience is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted include 12.07 % statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position; a permanent option may become available later.
