They deliver high-quality employability and community development programmes with a tailored approach that includes health and wellbeing, skills training, qualifications, and support into work. Their Disability Support Services team provides specialised assistance to young people (aged 1624) participating in training and apprenticeship programmes. About the Role Our client are seeking to recruit staff to support young people with disabilities as they progress through training and into work placements. Youll provide one-to-one support, organise placements, assist with onboarding, mentor participants, and maintain accurate records to track progress and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities Support participants during training and work placements Organise placements in sectors such as Admin, Childcare, Construction, Retail, etc. Prepare participants for interviews and first days on site Attend and monitor placement visits, resolving any issues Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation Liaise with training providers and DSS Coordinator Ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, and organisational standards are upheld Essential Criteria NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) with Maths and English Strong ICT skills (Microsoft Office) Experience in relevant industries and/or learning support Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage administrative tasks Full understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality protocols Desirable Criteria Experience working with people with disabilities Previous support role within employment or training settings If you are interested in this opportunity please either send your CV via the link provided or directly to KEN3
